Job Purpose:

The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure production runs efficiently, safely, and within specified quality standards. The role includes monitoring machine performance and making necessary adjustments to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate assigned machinery and equipment according to instructions and safety guidelines. Set up machines at the beginning of shift to ensure proper working order. Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machines to ensure functionality. Monitor production output and ensure it meets quality standards and specifications. Troubleshoot issues during the production process and report major problems to supervisors. Keep accurate production and machine log records. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. Follow all company safety protocols and report any safety concerns immediately. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
