Job Description

Operate and monitor machinery used in the production of carbon-based products. Set up machines and ensure proper calibration before starting production. Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting of machines. Ensure production targets and quality standards are met. Maintain proper records of production output and machine performance. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing unit (preferably in carbon or chemical-based industries). Knowledge of machine operations, maintenance, and safety procedures. Ability to read and understand production schedules and work instructions. Good physical stamina and attention to detail. Willingness to work in shifts as per production requirements.

Preferred Skills:

Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor machine issues. Familiarity with production documentation and record-keeping.
