Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (Lathe/Milling/Turning/Drilling, etc.).
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
Select and load appropriate tools, fixtures, and raw materials.
Adjust machine settings, offsets, and parameters to ensure accuracy.
Perform first-off inspection and in-process quality checks using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height gauge, etc.).
Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per specifications.
Detect and troubleshoot minor issues with machines and tools.
Maintain daily production logs and records.
Follow safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
Support preventive maintenance activities of CNC machines.
