Job Description

Operate

Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines

as per production requirements. Read and interpret

engineering drawings, job orders, and specifications

. Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine. Perform

CNC programming edits (Fanuc / Siemens / other controls)

if required. Ensure

machine offsets and tool wear compensation

are adjusted correctly. Monitor machining operations to maintain

quality and accuracy

. Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (

Vernier, Micrometer, Height gauge, CMM, etc.

) Perform

basic preventive maintenance

of machines and tools. Maintain proper records of daily production and report to the supervisor. Adhere to

safety standards and quality norms

of the company.

Key Skills Required:

Knowledge of

VMC machine operation & tooling

. Ability to read and interpret

mechanical drawings

. Understanding of

CNC programming basics (G-code, M-code)

. Hands-on experience with

measuring instruments

. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
