We are looking a skilled

Machine Operator

to operate

Full Servo and Fully Automatic machines

for our sanitary napkin production line. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth machine operations, maintaining product quality, and meeting daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor Full Servo and Fully Automatic machines. Ensure uninterrupted production with minimal downtime. Perform basic troubleshooting and rectify minor machine faults. Conduct routine maintenance and cleanliness checks. Inspect finished products to meet quality standards. Maintain production records and report technical issues promptly. Follow safety rules and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

Experience in operating automatic production machines Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to identify and resolve machine issues. Willingness to work in shifts if required. Strong attention to safety and quality control.

Qualifications Required:

Minimum 5 years of experience in sanitary napkin / hygiene product manufacturing Strong knowledge of Full Servo and Fully Automatic machines operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance Ability to handle machine setup, changeover, and process optimisation Experience in maintaining product quality and meeting production targets ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
