Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation:

Operate and monitor sleeve application and labeling machinery for various container types, shapes, and sizes.

Quality Control:

Ensure the accurate and high-quality application of sleeves, monitoring for defects and making adjustments as needed.

Machine Maintenance:

Perform basic setup, adjustments, and simple maintenance on the sleeve labeling machinery to ensure it is in good working order.

Problem-Solving:

Identify and troubleshoot minor issues, mechanical malfunctions, or errors to prevent production delays and maintain efficiency.

Work Area Management:

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Production Flow:

Monitor the production line, anticipate potential issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure a smooth and continuous workflow.

Material Handling:

Handle and organize materials, labels, and finished products to support the smooth flow of the production line and facilitate shipping. Required Skills and Qualifications

Mechanical Aptitude:

Possess a strong understanding of machinery and the ability to perform minor adjustments and maintenance.

Attention to Detail:

Crucial for ensuring precise sleeve application and maintaining quality standards.

Safety Awareness:

Adhere strictly to safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to quickly identify and resolve mechanical or production-related issues.
