Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable

Machine Operator

to operate and maintain

pouch packaging machines

used in our manufacturing unit at

ARCEUS INDIA, Pune

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating automatic and semi-automatic pouch packaging machines, ensuring efficient production with minimal downtime and maximum quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor

pouch packaging machines

(FFS / VFFS / HFFS or similar). Set up machines according to production requirements (film loading, temperature, speed, sealing). Perform regular checks to ensure proper machine functioning and product quality. Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues and report major problems to maintenance. Ensure packaging material usage is within prescribed limits and avoid wastage. Maintain production logs, output records, and daily reports. Adhere to quality and hygiene standards during operation. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area. Assist in changeover of machines for different product batches. Cooperate with the maintenance and quality team for smooth workflow.
