We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Flex Printing Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating flex printing machines and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality print output.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate flex printing machines (e.g., solvent, eco-solvent, UV printers) Adjust print settings to ensure accurate color and resolution Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines Monitor the printing process to ensure smooth operations Inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Report any machine issues or print errors to the supervisor

Requirements:

Proven experience operating flex printing machines Knowledge of printing materials (vinyl, banner, one-way vision, etc.) Understanding of color management and print resolution Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a flex printing environment Familiarity with RIP software (e.g., Wasatch, FlexiPRINT) Basic knowledge of graphic design software is a plus
