Machine Operator's

job involves setting up, operating, monitoring, and performing basic maintenance on machinery to produce goods according to specifications. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality of finished products, maintaining a clean and safe work area, troubleshooting malfunctions, documenting production, and following all safety and company procedures.

CNC ,VMC , Horizontal Boaring Machines Operators Preferred.

ITI,Dip, B.E ( Mech) Candidates Preferred.

Freshers or 1 to 3 years Candidates Preferred.

Salary Process for Based on Skill & Experiences .

Location of candidates Preferred for Coimbatore and near by Chinnavedampatti Area Preferred .

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Setup:

Prepare and set up machinery for production, adjusting settings as needed.

Operation:

Safely and efficiently operate machines to meet production targets and specifications.

Monitoring:

Continuously monitor machine performance and product quality, making minor adjustments for optimal operation.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet high-quality standards and measure accuracy.

Maintenance & Cleaning:

Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on machines to prevent failures and ensure a clean work environment.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve minor issues or malfunctions, and report larger problems to supervisors or maintenance teams.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate production logs and other documentation, including reports on output and machine performance.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company procedures, and workplace guidelines.

Material Handling:

Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products.

Common Skills & Qualifications:

Mechanical Aptitude:

Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and the ability to understand technical manuals and blueprints.

Attention to Detail:

For inspecting parts and products for quality and accuracy.

Problem-Solving Skills:

To troubleshoot minor issues with machinery.

Physical Stamina:

To stand for long periods and handle materials.

Teamwork:

Ability to collaborate with production teams and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

Basic Literacy:

To read and understand instructions, and to complete logs and reports

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
