Machine Operator
Job Description
To effectively manage Man, Machine, Material, Method to achieve shift production targets of film line & recycling. To execute production plan, to issue RM as per standard formulation from store and ensure the availability of the material at plant before the start of the run. To ensure smooth running of the plant by monitoring the scada, frequent plant rounds, maintain & monitor all required process parameters, recipes as per standards and follow SOP during process activities. To achieve product quality as per QA specification and to take necessary CAPA if required. To strictly adhere to the compliance of Safety, IMS, BRC, SMED, Housekeeping and 5S documentation and to circulate necessary reports as per instructions. Batch closing at shift hand over. Maintain the stocks as per the consumptions. Monitor the dosing calibration and optimize the consumption of raw material as per standard in discussion with Manager. Actively involved in trouble shooting and follow escalation matrix. Adhere all benchmark timing as per standards for shift activities.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?8,086.00 - ?15,000.00 per monthSchedule:
