Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the food or biscuit FMCG industry. The candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machines to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing while following quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machines used in biscuit/food manufacturing Set up machines as per production requirements Ensure smooth production with minimum downtime Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting of machines Maintain hygiene, quality, and food safety standards Record production data, machine performance, and breakdowns Coordinate with maintenance and production teams Follow all safety and GMP guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in food/biscuit/FMCG industry Hands-on experience in operating food processing or packaging machines Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards Ability to work in shifts Physically fit and safety conscious

Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate / ITI (Mechanical / Electrical / Fitter preferred)
