- Rolling Machine Operator

Position Title: Machine Operator -Roll forming Machine operating

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (hands-on)

Location: Moi, Pune]

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Rolling/Roll Forming Machine operator with 1 year of practical experience in Roll Forming Machine operating, Job Set-up and Production of Roll forming parts..

Key Responsibilities

Set up the machine (if required) for roll forming of parts.

Operating the machine

Dimensional, Visual inspection of the Roll formed parts

Raw material loading on the machine

Production run in ERP systems of the parts produced.

Co-ordinate with Planning Department for machine scheduling

Troubleshoot Machine stoppages, alarm, and set up execution issues.

Maintain backups of Machine programs.

Machine Maintenance at regular intervals and keeping records.

Maintain roll formed parts quality.

Responsible for Machine safety and People working in Machine area.

Required Skills & Competencies

1-2 years Hands-on experience in Roll formed machine operating.

Team player with good shop floor communication skills.

Familiar with measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and Measuring Tape

Qualification

ITI Machinist/Fitter with 1-2 years' experience of PLC Controlled machine Operating

Knowledge of Roll forming Machine operating will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of safety systems.
