About the Role

We are seeking a skilled

Machine Operator

with an ITI qualification to operate and maintain aluminium fabrication machinery. The role involves handling cutting, drilling, milling, punching, and assembling processes for aluminium profiles, UPVC panels, glass, and ACP cladding.

Key Responsibilities

Operate fabrication machines such as

double-head cutting machines, CNC routers, punching machines, drilling machines, and milling machines

. Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication instructions. Ensure accuracy in cutting, shaping, and assembling aluminium profiles as per project requirements. Perform routine machine checks, cleaning, and minor maintenance. Monitor production output and quality, ensuring products meet company standards. Report any machine faults, breakdowns, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately. Maintain records of production, machine usage, and downtime. Follow safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Assist the production team in meeting daily/weekly targets.

Qualifications & Skills

ITI qualification

in Machinist / Mechanical (mandatory). 1-3 years of experience as a

machine operator

in fabrication, preferably in aluminium, steel, or UPVC industry. Hands-on experience with cutting, drilling, and fabrication machines. Knowledge of basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Ability to understand technical drawings and measurements. Strong attention to detail and quality. Team player with discipline and punctuality.

Pay: ₹10,840.96 - ₹18,000.00 per month
