We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our packaging team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and monitoring packaging machinery to ensure efficient and safe production.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor packaging machines as per production schedule. Perform regular machine setups, adjustments, and basic maintenance. Ensure smooth and continuous production with minimal downtime. Check materials and packaging for quality standards and report any defects. Record machine operation and production data accurately. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area. Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for issues and improvements.

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma with relevant technical knowledge preferred. Experience in operating automatic or semi-automatic packaging machines is an advantage. Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools. Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required. Good communication and teamwork skills.
