Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain process equipment like vial washing machines, de-progenation tunnels, autoclaves, sterilizers, vial filling and capping machines, and manufacturing vessels with CIP-SIP operations.
• Monitor daily activities, including efficient operation, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and documentation.
• Ensure proper functioning of equipment such as lyophilizers, automatic loading/unloading systems, and packaging machines.
• Participate in machine qualification, media fill activities, and validation (initial and periodic) of equipment.
• Record operational data, daily logs, and maintenance records (breakdown and preventive).
• Support clean room operations, machine preparation, and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with calibration and new equipment qualifications/re-qualifications.
• Adhere to cGMP and clean room practices.
