Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities are-

Operate and monitor machines for filling, sealing, labeling, and packaging of beverages. Ensure machines are running efficiently and address any minor mechanical issues or stoppages. Perform regular quality checks (e.g., bottle fill level, label placement, cap tightness) and report any issues. Maintain cleanliness, CIP (Cleaning- In- Place) and hygiene of machines and surrounding areas, following GMP & GHP standards. Assist in machine setup and changeovers for different product batches or SKUs. Record production data accurately including output, downtime, and maintenance logs. Support the production team in dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery. Support regular maintenance and cleaning schedules to prevent equipment failure. Follow all SOPs and safety protocols strictly to ensure product and personnel safety. Alert supervisors promptly in case of equipment malfunction or product quality concerns. Handle basic troubleshooting of machines during production to minimize downtime.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Biotech, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a food or beverage manufacturing unit. Basic understanding of machinery and mechanical operations. Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail, hygiene, and safety. Prior experience in operating bottling/packaging machines is a plus.
