Set up moulds, check machine parameters, and ensure smooth running of cycles.
Perform visual inspection of parts and segregate OK/Not OK pieces.
Follow safety practices and maintain clean working conditions around the machine.
Report any machine abnormalities or defects to supervisors immediately.
Ensure adherence to process parameters and work instructions.
Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of injection moulding machines (Hydraulic / Electric).
Understanding of moulding defects and basic troubleshooting.
Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in shift operations.
Education:
Any degree
