- Landis Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities

Operate the

Landis Thread Cutting Machine

for various bolt sizes (M27 - M45). Set up dies, chasers, and guides as per production requirements. Check threads using gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy and conformity to standards. Monitor machine performance and adjust parameters for optimal production efficiency. Conduct minor maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of the machine. Maintain proper records of production, rejections, and downtime in daily production logs. Coordinate with the quality and maintenance teams for inspections and repairs. Follow all safety and operational procedures within the factory premises.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical

Experience:

Minimum

2-3 years

of experience operating Landis or similar thread cutting machines in a fasteners manufacturing unit.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of thread profiles, chaser setup, and pitch control. Understanding of gauges and measurement instruments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
