: Machine Operator - GRC Division

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain

PLC-based machines

and Numatic

machines

used in GRC/FRP production. Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of production output, machine logs, and quality checks. Collaborate with production supervisors and quality teams to meet project timelines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during machine operations. Support continuous improvement initiatives in production efficiency and product quality.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with

FRP production processes

. Proficiency in operating

PLC machines

and

Numatic machines

. Strong understanding of

quality control and production standards

. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues. Good communication and coordination skills with production teams. Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

Diploma or ITI in

Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field

. 3-5 years of relevant experience in

machine operation, FRP/GRC production, or industrial manufacturing
