About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating, maintaining, and monitoring machines used in the Dal and Besan production process.
Candidates with prior experience in machine operation are preferred, but
freshers and learners with the right attitude are also welcome
. We ensure a great learning environment and skill development opportunity.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor packaging and grinding machines.
Maintain daily production records and quality standards.
Check machinery performance and report technical issues.
Assist in cleaning, maintenance, and basic machine adjustments.
Follow safety and hygiene standards on the production floor.
Education & Experience
Minimum Qualification:
ITI (Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical, or Production) OR
12th Pass (Science/Commerce/Vocational stream).
Preferred:
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience:
Candidates with prior experience as a Machine Operator in a food or packaging industry are also eligible even without formal certification.
Skills Required
Basic understanding of machine operations.
Willingness to learn and adapt to different processes.
Good observation and problem-solving skills.
Team player with discipline and punctuality.
