Job Description

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Set up machinery before production runs and conduct routine checks for optimal operation. Inspect finished products, adjust machine settings, and maintain high standards of quality. Troubleshoot minor technical issues; escalate major problems to supervisors or technicians. Clean, lubricate, and maintain machines to ensure efficient operation and longevity. Record production metrics, downtime, and maintenance logs accurately. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily manufacturing targets. Demonstrate hands-on experience with industrial machinery, including mixing tanks, reactors, dryers, and sprayers commonly used in the agrochemical sector. Operate and maintain agrochemical production equipment such as Double Cone Blender, Jacketed Mixing Tank, Mass Mixer Machine, Octagonal Blender, Bioreactors, and Spray Dryers. Apply practical agrochemical knowledge, including safe handling and processing of chemical products and formulations. Exhibit proficiency in machine operation systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
