Machine operation

: Operate manual vertical and circular foam cutting machines to cut foam blocks according to specifications

Operate CNC computer for cutting foam

Measure and mark foam materials before cutting to ensure accuracy

Follow work orders, production schedules, and supervisor instructions

Inspect finished foam cuts for accuracy, quality, and consistency

Maintain and clean machines regularly to ensure smooth operation

Monitor machine performance and report mechanical issues immediately

Adhere to company safety guidelines to prevent accidents and protect materials

Assist in loading/unloading foam blocks and organizing cut materials

Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output targets

Keep accurate records of production activities and material

Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Knowledge of operating vertical and circular cutting machines (foam industry experience is a plus)

Ability to read measurements, technical drawings, and production instructions

Basic mechanical knowledge for machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Commitment to safety and ability to follow operational guidelines

Qualification

: Must have Technical ITI / Diploma or 1-year equivalent work experience in Foam Cutting Machine operating

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?26,000.00 per month
