Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation:

Sets up, loads, and operates food processing equipment, such as ovens, fryers, or steamers, according to production specifications.

Production Monitoring:

Monitors machine performance and production processes, making adjustments as needed to ensure consistent product quality.

Maintenance & Repair:

Performs routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on machinery to ensure optimal functionality.

Quality Assurance:

Inspects finished products for quality and conformity to standards, identifying and documenting any deviations or defects.

Troubleshooting:

Identifies and resolves minor equipment malfunctions and issues during the shift.

Safety & Hygiene:

Adheres to strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Record Keeping:

Maintains accurate production logs, reports on machine performance, and completes required documentation.

Team Collaboration:

Works collaboratively with other team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and improve production processes.

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
