to handle our plastic extrusion process and ensure smooth production of granules. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically fit, and experienced with extrusion machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate single/double screw extruders, monitor temperature, pressure, and speed.
Load raw plastic (flakes, scrap, etc.) into hoppers and manage material flow.
Conduct quality checks, sampling, and adjustments to meet granule specifications.
Perform routine cleaning, minor repairs, and assist technicians during major breakdowns.
Maintain production logs, record output, downtime, and material usage.
Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma/10th pass; ITI certification preferred.
Experience:
Working knowledge of extrusion/granule machines, plastic types (HDPE, LDPE, PP).
Abilities
: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in shifts, physical fitness, basic math, and communication skills.
Technical
: Understanding of machine settings, ability to read measurements, basic troubleshooting.
