: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HMC/VMC/VTL/CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines, including Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC), Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), Vertical Turret Lathes (VTL), and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines. Responsibilities: 1. Set up and operate HMC, VMC, VTL, and CNC machines according to job specifications and blueprints. 2. Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly. 3. Monitor the machining process to ensure parts are produced according to quality standards. 4. Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain optimal performance. 5. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed. 6. Troubleshoot issues that arise during the machining process and make adjustments accordingly. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met in a timely manner. 8. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment. 9. Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner. 10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement. Requirements: 1.
