We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various machinery and equipment, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform setup and adjustments on machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications for production runs. Conduct quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line for efficient materials handling and fabrication processes. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or factory environment is essential. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and CAM programming is preferred. Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks is a plus. Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles is advantageous. Experience operating forklifts and hand tools for materials handling. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand tooling and machining processes. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks. Ability to work effectively in an assembly line setting while maintaining focus on quality control. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
