ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
Experience:
1-3 years in machine operation (lathe, milling, drilling, CNC/VMC, grinding, or similar).

Key Skills Required:
Operation and monitoring of electrical machines/equipment (motors, winding machines, panel boards, electrical-driven machinery)
Knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and control panels
Basic troubleshooting of electrical faults and preventive maintenance
Efficient handling of day-to-day machine operations with focus on productivity
Record-keeping of production output and reporting deviations
Adherence to safety norms and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets
