Job Description

Operating the Machine:

Starting and stopping the machine, refilling packaging materials, and ensuring the machine is operational.

Machine Setup and Adjustment:

Setting up and adjusting the FFS machine to ensure it's operating correctly for the specific product and packaging needs.

Monitoring Production:

Observing the machine during operation to ensure product quality and proper sealing.

Routine Maintenance:

Performing regular maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement, to prevent breakdowns and maintain optimal machine performance.

Troubleshooting:

Identifying and resolving any technical issues that arise during operation, making necessary adjustments.

Documentation:

Keeping accurate records of production output and machine maintenance.
