Job Title: ITI Machine Operator - 3D Printing : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ITI Machine Operator to join our team and take on the responsibility of operating and maintaining 3D printing machines. As an ITI Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process by ensuring the efficient operation of the machines, performing post-processing tasks on printed parts, and conducting quality control checks to meet our high standards. - Machine Operation:
- Set up and operate 3D printing machines according to job specifications.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to optimize print quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the printing process.
- Maintenance:
- Conduct routine maintenance on 3D printing machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and report any malfunctions or abnormalities for timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address technical issues and implement preventive measures.
- Post-Processing:
- Perform post-processing tasks on printed parts, including removal of support structures, cleaning, and finishing.
- Follow established procedures for post-processing to meet quality and design requirements.
- Ensure the efficient flow of parts through post-processing while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on printed parts to ensure they meet specifications.
- Document and communicate any deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Completion of ITI (Industrial Training Institute) or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably with 3D printing machines.
- Familiarity with various 3D printing materials and their properties.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform routine machine maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
