Production Management

Responsible for daily shift-wise production planning

To maintain target production output with rejection controls and quality.

To monitor the production process and re-schedule, whenever required.

Responsible for inventory control during the shift

Responsible for manpower utilization during the shift

To maintain shift-wise production data in terms of quantity produced, % rejections, down-time,

Material consumption

Resource Optimization

To take measures to decrease the operating cost.

To minimise total downtime due to various factors

Continuous Improvement

To implement quality guidelines, tools, techniques etc

To identify new improved processes for productivity improvement

Maintenance

To co-ordinate with maintenance staff for machine break-down and preventive maintenance

Responsible for autonomous maintenance of the machines in the department
