Core responsibilities

Inspection and maintenance:

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns.

Troubleshooting and repair:

Diagnose mechanical problems using diagnostic tools and expertise, then perform necessary repairs, which may include replacing parts like bearings, pistons, or gears.

Diagnostics:

Conduct diagnostic tests on mechanical systems and computerized equipment to identify malfunctions.

Record keeping:

Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and service history.

Part management:

Monitor parts inventory, source replacement parts, and ensure necessary supplies are available.

Safety and compliance:

Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety regulations and perform safety checks.

Training and collaboration:

Train other workers on the safe and efficient use of machinery and collaborate with other departments like management and engineering.

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month

Experience:

Heavy Machinery Mechanic: 2 years (Required) Poklain,crane loader ,truck repair: 1 year (Required)
