Job Description

Preventive Maintenance:

Carrying out regular inspections, lubrication, and other procedures to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshooting and Repair:

Identifying and resolving issues with machinery, including diagnosing faults, replacing components, and making necessary adjustments.

Installation and Assembly:

Installing new equipment, assembling components, and calibrating machinery to meet operational specifications.

Record Keeping:

Documenting maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, often using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Safety Compliance:

Adhering to all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Inventory Management:

Managing and ordering spare parts and supplies, ensuring an adequate stock of materials.

Collaboration:

Working effectively with other team members, such as production staff, engineers, and other maintenance personnel.
