Job Description

Monitor operations of Factory equipment and processes o Review the operation of factory equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime. ,Identify opportunities for improvements o Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment and ensure availability o Manage the Factory maintenance with an emphasis on planning/ scheduling and preventive/ predictive maintenance of Machineries, Sewing equipment's and other tools o Objective setting, plan development and performance review of factory performance o Communicate directly with the production department to coordinate maintenance and repair work o Communicate regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, internal and external to ensure good two way communication concerning maintenance issues. o Ensure that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures o Ensure implementation of health, safety and environmental policies and procedures o Prepare daily preventive maintenance schedules o Plan for holiday breakdown maintenance works

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
