Job Title : Machine Maintenance Executive - Kasba

Monitor operations of Factory equipment and processes Review the operation of factory equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned
downtime. ,Identify opportunities for improvements

Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment and ensure
availability

Manage the Factory maintenance with an emphasis on planning/ scheduling and preventive/
predictive maintenance of Machineries, Sewing equipment's and other tools

Objective setting, plan development and performance review of factory performance Communicate directly with the production department to coordinate maintenance and repair work Communicate regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, internal
and external to ensure good two way communication concerning maintenance issues.

Ensure that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating
procedures

Ensure implementation of health, safety and environmental policies and procedures Prepare daily preventive maintenance schedules Plan for holiday breakdown maintenance works
Salary: Upto Rs. 20000 to 25000/- Per Month.

The desired candidate should be B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or ITI Diploma or B.Sc with

minimum 6 years of experience

Technical Knowledge: Should ideally have knowledge of the type of machines like Stitching,

Clicking, Compressors, Laser, Skiving, Splitting, Dryers, Plotters, Beam cutting etc. used in leather

goods manufacturing industry
