Qualification :

Diploma or BE Mechanical

Required minimum experience of 3 to 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

Preventive maintenance & Breakdown maintenance Send spares requisition to purchase as per required spares Follow up for spares & maintenance spares in stock Maintain machine & equipment history card Root cause analyses Breakdowns To get outsourcing person for maintenance of equipment or machinery whenever major breakdown Provide training for operators for minor repair work or handling of equipment and machinery Inspect machinery and equipment's to prevent breakdown [checklist for machinery ] Installation and testing of new equipment and machinery Get servicing done of machinery and equipment on time schedule. Get main meter reading taken daily in log book. Statutory requirements and liasoning with government authorities Knowledge of repair of Lathe, drilling, CNC, VMC A& SPM machines etc Minimum & maximum stock management spares Electrical safety knowledge Preparation of Preventive maintenance plan Internal Audits of management systems
