Role Overview

As a Machine Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, reliability, and safety of all production machinery. Your role will be pivotal in minimizing downtime, enhancing equipment lifespan, and supporting our commitment to sustainable manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance plans for all production equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.

Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues promptly and implement effective solutions to minimize production interruptions.

Equipment Calibration & Optimization: Regularly calibrate machines to maintain product quality and optimize performance.

Spare Parts Management: Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure that maintenance activities comply with environmental and safety regulations.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and incident reports.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with the production team to implement enhancements.

Training & Development: Provide training to junior maintenance staff and operators on equipment handling and basic troubleshooting

Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the production of disposable or eco-friendly products.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining automated machinery, familiarity with PLCs, and understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Knowledge of TPM: Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies to enhance equipment effectiveness.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
