About the Role

We are looking for a passionate

Machine Learning Engineer

with hands-on experience in building, training, and deploying ML models. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in ML, data pre-processing, and Python programming, along with practical experience in implementing solutions using real-world datasets.

Key Responsibilities

Build, train, and evaluate

machine learning models

for classification, regression, and clustering tasks. Clean, preprocess, and analyze structured/unstructured datasets. Develop and optimize

ML pipelines

including feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning. Implement ML algorithms using

Python, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch

. Deploy models into production using APIs, containers, or cloud services. Monitor model performance and retrain/update models as needed. Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to understand business problems. Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code. Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML and research advancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering

, or related field. Strong understanding of

Supervised/Unsupervised Learning, Feature Engineering, Model Evaluation

. Proficiency in

Python

and key libraries: NumPy Pandas Matplotlib/Seaborn Scikit-Learn Familiarity with deep learning frameworks:

TensorFlow

or

PyTorch

. Understanding of

REST APIs

, basic deployment, and model serialization (Pickle, Joblib). Experience with

Git

and version control systems. Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases. Understanding of statistics and probability.

Good to Have (Optional)

Experience with cloud platforms:

AWS, Azure, or GCP

. Experience with

MLOps

, CI/CD pipelines, or tools like MLflow. Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or time-series models. Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes. Participation in Kaggle competitions or open-source ML projects.
