Job Description

Education:

BE / BTech or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Automobile Engineering

Work Experience:

Overall experience required may be up to 5 years

3 to 5 years of hands-on machine design & design engineering experience. Should have successfully executed at least 1 machine design/product design project as a project lead with a team of engineers reporting to the candidate. Proven experience of pitching ideas/presentation, planning, budgeting, hiring/interviewing and executing project. Should be familiar with industrial methodologies & standards, Design Thinking, Kanban, Kaizen, Just in Time, knowledge of quality control methodologies such as Six sigma etc. Should have prior experience of direct client engagement for project work/delivery.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
