The Foundations Data Science Team is searching for an experienced data scientist with machine learning expertise who loves to use data to tell stories. We provide Data Science as a Service to the Growth Marketing & Insights Organization across Adobe's B2C and B2B business units. Typical projects include, but are not limited to: Customer segmentation models that utilize both primary research and behavioral data Anti-fraud modeling for account sharing and trial abuse Modeling and analysis to identify trends in the worldwide digital economy Exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to constantly improve our predictive models Cooperation with data engineering and operations teams to turn your prototypes into products Find the signal in the noise! As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will have the opportunity to participate in these and similar projects, and to come up with your own. Any data science or machine learning initiatives that can help Adobe's business will be considered. Your creativity and knowledge are the only limits, and Adobe supports the constant improvement of both. Requirements MS or PhD in a scientific field with research experience involving quantitative data, or 5+ years as a practicing data scientist Expertise in Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and some flavor of SQL Expertise with various machine learning techniques Knowledge of Hadoop environment and tools or similar big data platforms Knowledge of B2C Marketing and experience analyzing customer data Demonstrated ability to wrangle raw data and turn it into useful business recommendations Excellent written and oral communication A desire to stay on the cutting edge of big data techniques and technologies Nice-to-haves Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau Experience with media-mix modeling, attribution modeling, and time series analysis Expertise with an automated machine learning platform such as DataRobot or H2O.ai Knowledge of, or experience with, Adobe's products Familiarity with elements of the 'creator economy' Adobe was ranked #1 in Comparably's 'Happiest Employees' survey for large companies in 2021.
