We are looking for a

Machine Learning Engineer

to join our dynamic AI team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable ML solutions that drive real-world impact. Working closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and MLOps engineers, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning projects--from prototyping to production. This position requires a deep understanding of machine learning, data science, and software engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient ML models for production environments. Collaborate with data scientists to transform research prototypes into production-ready solutions. Optimize model performance and inference pipelines for speed, accuracy, and scalability. Lead architecture decisions and mentor junior ML engineers. Work with MLOps engineers to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of ML models. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and contribute to a high-quality engineering culture. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in ML and AI technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus. Strong programming skills in

Python

and experience with ML libraries like

scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch

. Hands-on experience with ML pipeline orchestration tools such

as MLflow, or SageMaker Pipelines or VertexAI

. Deep understanding of data engineering concepts and tools. Working knowledge of various

machine learning algorithms

, for use cases including but not limited to

regression, classification, forecasting, and anomaly detection

. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like

Docker

and

Kubernetes

. Familiarity with cloud platforms (

AWS

, GCP, or Azure) and their ML/AI services. Proven experience in

deploying ML models to production

(e.g., REST APIs, batch pipelines). Familiarity with

CI/CD pipelines and version control systems

(e.g., Git). Deep internal understanding of machine learning algorithms. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of

Dataiku

platform is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of data privacy, model fairness, and responsible AI practices. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Experience in deploying

Generative AI

(GenAI) projects in production is preferred.
