We are looking for a Machine Learning engineer to be part of the product engineering team. The candidate should have over 3-6 years of experience in technologies like Core Python, Numpy, Pandas, NLP and Data Science.

Technical Competencies

• At least 2 years of work experience in Machine Learning / Data Science, including experience with NLP
• At least 2 years of work experience authoring production-grade code in a Python
• Experience with the Python data science ecosystem (numpy, pandas, matplotlib, Jupyter), data analysis and visualization
• Experience with AWS / GCP (Bonus / Nice to have)
• Passionate about practical use of innovative tech, and about instructing and assisting teammates
• Continuously learn and challenge existing preconceptions
• Strong bias for action Give and receive open, direct and timely feedback

• Partner closely with PMs, designers, and FE engineers to identify and specify new applications for ML
• Train, tune and evaluate ML models
• Collaborate with FE, BE and data engineers to deploy models to production and establish data collection for additional iterations
• Identify accuracy and performance problems and iterate on technical solutions
• Advise and inform other team members on optimal application and evaluation of ML techniques in production
• Passion o keep up-to-date with the latest happenings in core technology
• Understands how various requirements impact project budget and new revenue opportunities,
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Demonstrate unexpected value to your client
• Participates in holistic discussions about the broader product development lifecycle,
• Ability to mentor interns and support peers
