Machine Learning Engineer with 4+ years of experience As a Machine Learning Engineer, you are responsible for building efficient, data-driven artificial intelligence systems that advance our predictive automation capabilities. Responsibilities Data Collection and Pre-processing: Collect, clean, and pre-process data from various sources to create high-quality datasets for model training. Model Development: Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to address specific business problems and objectives. Feature Engineering: Engineer and select relevant features that are essential for model performance. Model Training: Train machine learning models on large datasets using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or others. Hyperparameter Tuning: Optimize model hyperparameters to improve model accuracy and generalization. Model Evaluation: Assess model performance using appropriate metrics, cross-validation, and testing on independent datasets. Deployment: Deploy machine learning models into production environments, often using containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes). Model Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitor model performance in real-time and update models as needed to maintain accuracy and relevance. Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for models, datasets, and processes. Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI. Research and experiment with new techniques and technologies. Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous learning and skill development to keep up with the rapidly evolving field of machine learning.
