Machine Learning Engineer specialized in building intelligent agents

This role is for engineers who enjoy working on
core AI problems
, not surface-level integrations. You will be designing and building agent architectures that interact with tools, environments, data, and other models in real time.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop
AI/ML-based agent systems
capable of decision-making, planning, and task execution
Build agent pipelines involving
LLMs, ML models, memory systems, and tool invocation
Implement reasoning, chaining, reflection, and feedback loops for agents
Work on
model orchestration
, prompt strategies, and inference optimization
Design agent-to-agent and agent-to-system interactions
Optimize performance, latency, and reliability of agent workflows
Collaborate closely with backend, infrastructure, and research teams
Translate abstract requirements into scalable ML solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in
Machine Learning / AI Engineering
Solid proficiency in
Python
Hands-on experience building or experimenting with
AI agents
(task-based, autonomous, or tool-using agents)
Experience with
LLMs
(open-source or commercial)
Understanding of:
Agent architectures
Prompting & reasoning strategies
Memory and context management
Tool/function calling
Familiarity with ML frameworks such as
PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
Strong problem-solving and system-thinking skills
Focus
Experience with:
Multi-agent systems
Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
Reinforcement learning or planning algorithms
Vector databases or embedding systems
Distributed or scalable ML systems
Background in applied research or building production-grade AI systems
