The candidate should be: BE/ MCA/ BSc. in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information systems, or Computer engineering, Systems Engineering with relevant experience in Machine Learning / Predictive Analytics/ Automation. Exposure to Machine Learning & Quantitative Methods is a must. Full cycle Real-world Analytics project experience is highly desirable: from creating a Business use case, PA assessment/roadmap, Technology & Analytic Solutioning, Implementation and Change Management Key Roles and Responsibilities: The Automation & Machine Learning expert is expected to to translate the customer\'s business need into a techno-analytic problem and appropriately work with the statistical & technology specialist to bring large scale analytic solutions to fruition. The right candidate should have prior experience in Analytics, Machine Learning and automations. The key responsibilities are: Participate in assessments of automation / Predictive Analytics opportunities/ engagements Actively collaborate with other team members and develop solutions in AI/ML, BI areas to stich solutions for a business problem. Jump-start Automation. Machine Learning projects with customer focus on providing disruptive insights in reasonable timeframes. Jump start AI/ NLP projects on semi structured data (Raw text / Machine logs / sensor data etc) Understand how automations can help the business need and develop it independently as required using Python Preferred skills: Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development. Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets. Direct involvement in working with large volumes of data and building, deploying, and measuring predictive analytics models (i.e., LSTM, RNN, SVM, decision tree, clustering, logistic regression, linear and non-linear regressions) Knowledge of frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, Tensorflow Understanding of NLP, NLU and Machine learning/Deep learning methods Working experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus Basic UI development paradigms like e.g., Flask, HTML5, CSS3 AWS, Linux, GPU Experience is a plus
