Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Food Process Engineering/ Chemical Engineering.
Experience: 5+ Years of experience as Mechanical Engineer.
Desired Skills :
1.Prior Experience in Setting up of Greenfield projects or Food Industries.
2.Strong Knowledge in Food Machineries & Plant design
3.Good Knowledge in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp or similar software
4.Good communication and interpersonal skills
5.Ability to work in cross functional teams
Roles & Responsibilities
1.Preparation of Process Flow diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), Line Capacity, Facilities, Water & Utility requirements.
2.Techno-economic analysis Conduct Technical analysis and feasibility studies, OPEX & CAPEX estimations, Breakeven Analysis, ROI, etc.
3.Design detailed Plant Layout using suitable CAD softwares.
4.Identification, Evaluation, Installation & Commissioning of Food Machineries.
5.Identification, Evaluation & Negotiation with Machinery vendors.
6.Coordinate with design teams (architectural, civil, electrical) to ensure mechanical integration.
7.Conduct trainings & do Technology transfer to Client and Production team.
8.Manage Clients & Internal stakeholders to deliver projects in a timely manner.
9.Collaborate with other Functions to understand the requirements and smooth execution of project.
