Job Summary

The Technical Lead - Machinery Design is responsible for leading the design and development of special-purpose machines and industrial equipment. The role involves managing a team of engineers, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and project timelines, and driving innovation for industrial machinery.

These are the essential requirements for the role as specified in the job description:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Mechanical Engineering

or a related field.

Leadership Experience:

Demonstrated leadership and coordination skills for engaging multidisciplinary teams and mentoring team members.

Technical Design Expertise:

Practical understanding and experience in designing systems requiring knowledge of: Heat transfer and thermodynamics. Fluid mechanics, kinematics, and dynamics. Machine design principles and strength of materials. Vibration control.

Software Proficiency:

Prior hands-on experience with core engineering software such as

AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or Ansys (FEA/FEM)

.

Project Management:

Strong project management and risk assessment skills, including expertise in computing ROI and creating Gantt charts.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written technical communication and presentation skills.

Good-to-Have Criteria

The following skills and experiences are considered beneficial but not strictly mandatory:

Programming Skills:

Prior experience with

G-code programming

or programming for CNCs.
Basic knowledge of coding languages like

C, Java, or Python

.

Thought Leadership:

Contributing to industry innovation through technical blogs, publications, and presentations at industrial conferences.

Advanced Simulation:

Ability to streamline design workflows and ensure compliance with standards through simulation-based testing and performance analysis.

Salary

12 to 14 lakhs per annum

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
