Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Mac Support Engineer with 1 year of hands-on experience supporting macOS systems in a professional environment. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Apple hardware and software, a proactive approach to troubleshooting, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

o

Provide first-level support for macOS-based systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

o

Assist end-users with issues related to MacBooks, iMacs, macOS updates, and commonly used applications.

o

Perform routine maintenance, system checks, and software updates.

o

Configure and support Apple Mail, MS Outlook, VPN, printers, and network connectivity on macOS.

o

Manage user accounts, profiles, and system preferences.

o

Deploy, configure, and manage macOS devices using Jamf Pro (basic tasks such as enrollment, app distribution, and compliance).

o

Support for other MDM (Mobile Device Management) platforms like Intune or Kandji at a basic level.

o

Document support issues, resolutions, and processes in a ticketing system (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).

o

Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

o

Assist with IT onboarding and offboarding processes (system setup, asset management, etc.).

Skills and Qualifications:

o

1 year of experience in Mac desktop support or a similar role.

o

Solid understanding of macOS, Apple hardware, and the Apple ecosystem.

o

Familiar with basic networking (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, VPN) and troubleshooting steps.

o

Experience with remote support tools (e.g., Apple Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, AnyDesk).

o

Exposure to Jamf Pro or other MDM tools for device management.

o

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o

Basic knowledge of scripting (e.g., Bash, AppleScript) is a plus.

o

Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).

Preferred Certifications (Optional):

o

Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)

o

Jamf Certified Associate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
