Job Summary:



The

MAC Head - Kerala (B2B Sales)

will be responsible for leading and driving the

Apple Mac business across Kerala

, focusing on dealer network expansion, institutional business development, and consistent revenue growth. The role requires a strong understanding of Apple's B2B ecosystem, channel sales management, and the ability to achieve category-specific targets through effective planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Revenue Growth



Achieve monthly and annual B2B sales targets for

Apple Mac products in Kerala.

Drive business through existing dealers and identify new B2B partners across the state. Develop Mac category sales strategies tailored to the Kerala market. Ensure consistent revenue growth through effective pricing, promotions, and partner engagement.

2. Channel & Dealer Network Management



Manage and strengthen the

dealer network across all key districts in Kerala.

Build long-term relationships with Apple-authorized resellers and system integrators. Conduct regular reviews and performance assessments of dealer accounts. Plan and support dealer-level marketing and promotional activities for the Mac category.

3. Market Development & Planning



Identify new business opportunities in

corporate, education, and government sectors.

Conduct market research to understand regional trends and competitor activities. Coordinate with the Apple brand team for campaigns, product training, and new launch activities. Ensure proper demand forecasting and inventory planning for the Kerala region.

4. Coordination & Reporting



Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, marketing, and MIS) for smooth business flow. Provide

weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports

with insights and performance analysis. Coordinate closely with Apple's regional business team for updates, strategies, and reporting.

5. Team Management (If applicable)



Lead and guide the area sales executives and coordinators assigned under the Mac category in Kerala. Set clear performance objectives and review achievements regularly. Foster a performance-driven and brand-aligned sales culture.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of

Apple Mac ecosystem

and the

B2B distribution channel

. Excellent

sales planning, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proven ability to drive business growth and manage dealer relationships. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Proficient in

MS Excel, CRM, and sales performance tools.


Qualifications & Experience:



Education:

Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.

Experience:

Minimum

5-8 years

in

B2B or IT Distribution Sales

, with specific experience in handling

Apple or premium technology brands

.

Location Focus:

Kerala (extensive travel within the state required).

Driving License:

Mandatory.
