Expert in handling Macintosh system administrator and should be capable of building, decommission and handling the Macintosh OS related issues.
Responsibilities:
The Research Platform SRE team is responsible for delivering a Scalable, resilient, and continuously evolving Cross Platform Infrastructure to our Researchers team.
The Services Reliability Engineering team provides leadership, direction, and accountability for Cross Platform architecture, Cloud/On-premises design, Infrastructure's development, and end to end implementation.
You will independently determine and develop architectural approaches and Infrastructure solutions, conduct business reviews, and operate our production services.
Strong collaboration skills will be required to work closely with other engineering teams to ensure services/systems are highly stable and performant and meet the expectations of internal and external customers and users.
Skills Required
Expert in handling Macintosh system administrator and should be capable of building, decommission and handling the Macintosh OS related issues.
Macintosh Virtualization using Parallels
Should be able to Automate any Macintosh related work with Unix, Shell script.
Should be well versed with the Azure Admin and Azure dev ops Skills.
Networking experience (TCP/IP, VLANS, DNS, Firewall, Proxy)
Must have a background in Infrastructure troubleshooting.
Skilled in automation using Ansible, PowerShell, Shell script etc.
Virtualization/Container technologies like VMware, Hyper-V
PowerShell/Bash/Python scripting skills
Access control and threat mitigation
Azure VM/vNet/NSG/Storage account hands on experience.
Preferred Experiences and Technologies:
Expert Macintosh OS Administrator with Virtualization using Parallels and Shell scripting
Azure administrator
Azure devops
Application and workstation management
Good to have:
Power App/Power Automation
Terraform/Biceps
Azure DSC
