Job Dimensions (role and responsibilities):

oProvide ongoing strategic advice to clients on the use of transactional risk and transaction insurance solutions in M&A deals to achieve commercial objectives.oDevelop solutions to transaction issues and coordinate their implementation with underwriters in global market


oBased out of MumbaioCommunicate and capture the value that Aon brings, even in the most challenging situations.oAssume a critical project management role, coordinating various work streams and advisors.oStrive to deliver best practice, market-leading service, and solutions for all clients.

Skills, Education and Attitude

oNegotiating and influencing skills, coupled with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)oStrong commercial acumen.

Bachelor qualification with background in Law. Professional degree of Company Secretary or Chartered Accountant will be an added advantage

o2 to 5 years of professional experience working with tier 1 law firmsoKnowledge of the due diligence process and warranties and indemnities, as well as familiarity with transaction documents such as sale and purchase agreements, will be an added advantage.
